Balwadi Sevika
This programme was set up by Tarabai Modak. When it was started, it was under a Central Government scheme from 1964 to 1998.From 2003 it is an autonomous course.20 women are given admission each year.As practical work, the trainees work in the Balwadis from 9.00 AM to 12.00 Noon and then after lunch break they have lectures on different subjects related running of a Balwadi successfully.
